| Our Shirt Printing Methods Custom Heat Transfers We offer custom heat transfers for White and Ash Gray T Shirts, Sweatshirts, Polos, Hoodies and more. We use only the best commercial transfer paper on the market, with excellent washability and durability. Benefits of Custom Heat Transfers 1. Small quantities can be ordered 2. Each shirt can be personalized individually 3. Transfers produce a vivid photorealistic design Disadvantages of Custom Heat Transfers 1. Garments are limited to white or ash gray Transfer Pricing: Depending on the design, T Shirts can be purchased as low as $12 per shirt DTG (Direct To Garment) Printing A great alternative to heat transfers is DTG. We can fulfill orders as small as 6 shirts with DTG. DTG is a new style of printing that has the same feel as screenprinting, but allows a better price for smaller runs of 6 to 48 shirts. DTG also has the advantage of printing on dark T shirts unlike heat transfers. DTG Pricing: 6-12 Dark Shirts with full back design and 4" front chest logo can be purchased for less than $26.00 per shirt. If you do find a screenprinter that will do less than 12 shirts, watch the price, the set up and screen charges will soon have your shirts costing $35.00 or more per shirt. That's why DTG is a great alternative for smaller shirt orders that need dark garment capabilities that produce a photorealistic design. Screenprinting and Simulated Process Screenprinting Screenprinting is the best way to go when shirt quantities reach 72 shirts or more. With simulated process, your shirts can have a photo realistic design with extremely vivid detail. Washability is great, and colors stay vibrant for many washes. Screenprint Pricing: While very small orders can cost upwards of $35.00 per shirt, the price does decrease as the quantity of shirts increase. Pricing will also depend on colors, locations and screen set up. If you are unsure which printing method best suits your needs, give us a call.
